2. Provide photos of the defect or issue.
3. Our team will review your request and offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Important Notes

• Custom design errors requested by the customer are not eligible for refund.
• Shipping costs are typically non-refundable, except in cases of factory mistakes.
• For dropshipping clients, we can ship replacements directly to your customers if needed.
